Every service job is a ticket. Open Service to see your current and past tickets.
- Each ticket shows its stage, so you know whether it is waiting, being worked on or ready.
- You get a notification when the stage changes.
- When the device is ready for pickup, the ticket says so.
At pickup you can scan the device's QR sticker in the app to confirm it is yours.
