Privacy Notice
This explains what happens to the details you give us when you use the Contact page on this Help Center.
What we collect
When you send a message we store your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), organization (if you give one), country, the topic you chose, your message, and the page you came from. We also keep a short anonymous fingerprint of your network address and a note if our spam checks flagged the message. We do not store your network address itself.
Why we collect it
Only to read and answer your request, and to keep spam out of the inbox.
Who can see it
Only the Kausly team members who handle support requests. We do not sell it or share it with advertisers.
Where it is kept and for how long
It is stored in Kausly's own database. We keep a request only as long as needed to respond and for record-keeping, and we delete it on request.
If you use Kausly: support access to your account
Kausly support staff may access your account to provide support. Each session is shown on your screen, emailed to the account owner and listed in your account history.
Draft wording: to be reviewed by the owner and his adviser before it is relied on.
Cookies and tracking
This Help Center uses no tracking cookies and no third-party scripts. The only things kept in your browser are your theme choice and your recent searches, and they never leave your device.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your details at any time. Ask your admin, and they will act on it.
