A voucher is an offer from the shop. Open Vouchers to see the ones you can use. They are sorted into Active, Used and Expired.
- Open Vouchers.
- Tap a voucher to read its details: what it gives, any minimum spend, and the date it is valid through.
- Save it, or choose to use it now.
- If you were given a code, use the add-a-voucher option and type the code.
In the shop
For a shop voucher, show it to the staff when you pay. They apply it and mark it as used.
Online
For an online voucher, after you save it the app shows a code and a link to the shop's website. Open the link and enter the code at checkout.
A voucher cannot be used after its valid-through date. An expired voucher moves to Expired.
What if my voucher code does not work?
Check that you typed it exactly as it was given to you. If it still does not work, message the shop.
Where does a used voucher go?
Open Vouchers and look under Used.
